Sunday Crush - Natalie Wood

Natalie Wood was one of the beauties of Hollywood and I can confirm she was sex on legs. There has to be a moment when she becomes more than another actress into a fantasy crush and for me it was the 1965 film The Great Race where she play scheming newspaper reporter Maggie Dubois.

I was only 5 years old in 1965 but as a randy teenager, and going by all my other crushes I could not fail to be impress with this beauty she was formed to be adored.

It was her appearance in the film The Great Race which pushed her over the crush line although I first noticed her in the film Rebel Without a Cause and later The Searchers both in my favourite’s film box she was young and still regarded a beauty. The attraction to her was a simple one the food fight, ok the fact she spent a lot of time in her underwear, which was a bonus of the film

Her petite, curvy body enhanced her femininity, her proportioned frame perfect for all fashion, and without a doubt, her eyes are the most beautiful dark, soul-reaching eyes any person could ever have. She had a body to die for and a lush pair of boobs there’s me back on a favourite subject of mine. She transcended the screens we watched her films on and touched our hearts. She was fresh, sexy, cute, funny, sparkling, and a spectacular, yet modest beauty and I salute her.

During the making of the film Brainstorm, Wood drowned while on a weekend boat trip to Santa Catalina Island on board the Splendour. Many of the circumstances surrounding her drowning are unknown and it was never determined how she entered the water. She was with her husband Robert Wagner, Brainstorm co-star Christopher Walken who it was rumoured were have an affair, and the Splendour's captain, Dennis Davern.
