We are special according to Prime Minister David Cameron who claims to have secured 'special status' for Britain in the EU. Supporters to stay in Europe are giving the deal the thumbs up and are being trotted out to praise Cameron for a deal well done. Those hoping to leave the EU are also out in force claiming he was done over and left the table with a few scraps.

When the idea was muted, I was kind of in the join camp because I thought it was just all about trade. However, I remember back then listening to the no camp who were predicting a closer union between the members and growth in countries wanting to join.
His critics are slamming the deal saying he has given in on key demands on welfare, borders, and benefits. Over the next few days, analysers from both sides will crunch numbers and turn one set of renegotiation figures into one side or another, because at the end of the day it’s about money,
