At the weekend while I was morning yet another Cardiff City defeat both the Welsh Cup and FA Cup had fixtures and has you know I am a virtual follower of the route to both finals.
In the Welsh Cup Sully Sports were my latest temporary host team but they were well and truly, given a battering by visitors Llantwit Major. So with maybe 700 other souls I watch the live draw on Facebook, still regionalised to save on costs for the clubs. Llantwit Major were in the southern draw and there was one capital team left in the draw, Caerau Ely FC who had their game postponed at the weekend against Rhayader.
They (Llantwit Major) were first out of the wine bowl meaning a home fixture and next out Llandrindod Wells both hoping for a win because the Welsh Premier league enter the draw for the Third Round, enter the big boys.

The fourth round qualifying draw took place earlier today with teams from the National League entering the draw. I find myself with a new team after Handsworth Paramore lost at the weekend. My team for the next round will be Lincoln United who if they beat their next opponents Spennymoor Town will progress to the first round proper and will receive £12,500 in prize money and a chance to pull a league team from Division 1 and 2 were there are some big fallen giants of league football.
